Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skyneleven@gmail.com
with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SKYN ELEVƎN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
